How do you guarantee the safety of my coins, and what is a guarantee letter?
Each exchange of your Bitcoin involves issuing a new address for sending coins and a guarantee letter with a digital PGP signature that cannot be forged. This signature confirms that the address was generated by our server. You can verify the signature using our public key. The guarantee letter is the only confirmation of our obligations; it must be saved before sending the coins. If any problems arise, you just need to provide us with the guarantee letter, and the fact of the transfer can be easily verified in any Bitcoin block explorer, for example, blockchain.com.
How do I verify the guarantee letter?
Install any PGP client (Gpg4win for Windows, OpenKeychain for Android, gnupg for GNU/Linux). We do not store logs.
